Lynda Stoner joins the Cadcorp Pre-Sales Team

Cadcorp, the developer of the popular Cadcorp SIS – Spatial Information System digital mapping and GIS software suite is pleased to announce the appointment of Lynda Stoner as a GIS Technical Specialist.

Scottish born, Stoner graduated from the University of Port Elizabeth in South Africa where she completed a BSc (Hons) in Geology. Prior to joining Cadcorp she worked for GIMS, a South African firm of GIS consultants for three and a half years. During that time she completed a number of projects; notably the creation of 3D viewsheds and flythrus in the planning of new game reserves in the Eastern Cape and Website development for Nelson Mandela Metro (formerly Port Elizabeth Municipality), and Knysa Municipality.

Stoner joins the Cadcorp Pre-Sales Team to engage in a range of customer facing activities based around the technical sales of Cadcorp SIS. She loves good food and wine, (her favourite hobby in South Africa was touring wine routes and doing wine tasting), and is an avid reader.
